Joan Pizzi

Experience
Joan Pizzi has been a full-time professional Realtor since 1992, specializing in the sales and marketing of homes, condominiums and townhomes.  She received  her Real Estate Broker's license in 1999.  Since that time, she has been a role model for other Realtors, splitting her time between commercial and residential properties.  From Jupiter in north Palm Beach County to Fort Lauderdale in Broward County, Joan's real estate services are in great demand.    She understands the importance of finding the right home to suit her clients' needs and has a proven track record in meeting those requirements.  Joan continues to be a top producer for Branham Realty, Inc.

Personal Information
Originally from New York, Joan has spent most of her life in Florida.  She has lived in Coral Springs for 26 years, and before that, Lauderdale Lakes.  Currently, Joan and her husband, Guy, have moved their residence to Villaggio in Palm Beach County.

Married and a mother of two grown children who were born and raised in the area, Joan was very involved with the local school system as her children were growing up.  As a result, she has a unique "insider's perspective" on what is available to families in the area and enjoys helping both those who are relocating as well as those who are just changing neighborhoods to reap the benefits.

Prior to coming to real estate, Joan had a successful career as a legal secretary.  She brings the experience and attention to detail that she learned in that profession to her career today and enriches her transactions with the commitment and uncompromising eye required by the legal profession.

Dedicated to her community as well as her profession, Joan is a member of St. Matthews Church, The Salvation Army, and The American Red Cross.   In her spare time she enjoys reading, working out, and visiting the beach.

Marsha Selig

Marsha, a graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School in New York, left her long-term career as a stockbroker and has been working with Branham Realty, Inc. for the past four years.  Marsha has simply taken her talent for "knowing her customers" and transferred it to a successful career as a realtor.  She has successfully negotiated a number of sales.   Marsha listens when her clients speak and has matched many clients to properties both inside and outside of  Boca Woods.  She and her husband Steve, have lived in Boca Woods for the past 10 years, and she is completely familiar with every aspect of that Country Club as well as all the south Florida communities which are available with and without golf privileges.

Marsha is a member of the Realtors Association of Palm Beach County.
 

Mimi L. August

Mimi has over 20 years experience in selling residential real estate, which makes her uniquely qualified to work for you.  Buying and/or selling real estate are major financial and emotional decisions.  Mimi prides herself on being understanding, knowledgeable, patient and sincere in her interest toward her customers.

Mimi's real estate career began in Pennsylvania, where she was a real estate Broker.  A dozen years ago, she became a Florida resident.  She took the appropriate real estate courses and state exam to become a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida.  Throughout the years, Mimi has taken numerous classes and seminars.

Memberships include:  The Realtors Association of Palm Beaches, Inc., the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Boca Woods Country Club, and Woman's American O.R.T.
 

Sheila J. Friend

Sheila was born on the fourth of July and grew up in Boston, MA.  She graduated from Colby College and lived the majority of her married life in Connecticut where her children were born and raised. Sheila has three children and two grandsons.  She and her husband  love to golf, read and listen to music.

Sheila began her real estate career in 1980 in Fairfield County, Connecticut where she specialized in residential homes covering a wide range of prices from middle to extremely exclusive estates.  She also has extensive experience with commercial properties.

For the last fifteen years Sheila and her husband have permanently resided in Southern Florida.  She has had both her Connecticut and Florida real estate licenses since 1985.
