Golf Equity:  $30,000 - fully refundable when you sell your home.

Golf Initiation Fee:  $20,000 plus tax.  This fee is non-refundable.

Golf Dues:  $10,224 plus tax per year and $1,500 minimum dining fees per year.

Social Membership Equity:  $22,500 - amount of refund to be determined.

Social Membership Initiation Fee:  $15,000 plus tax.  This fee is non-refundable.
